Position Description

•  With regard to the sampling process, establish, coordinate, document and maintain data procedures, processes and policies that enhance data integrity and quality.
•  Document requirements including business rules, functional and non-functional requirements, process flows (as is/to be), report specifications and use cases if needed
• Maintain support documentation for sample, including Sample File Layout, Product table, Client table, Account Hierarchy tables, Do Not Call and Embargo tables, Account Block tables, etc.
• Develop and manage demand management intake process for offshore team.
• Design QA checklists and supporting queries and analysis to ensure validity of sample production runs
• Assist in the development of new or changed sample requirements
• Develop and update as needed a detailed production process and Job Aid for weekly sample extracts
•  Address data quality issues, internal IT databases and vendor database systems that affect VOICE sampling at both a process and a operations level
• Participate in the development of Key Performance metrics for the offshore team
• Use statistical analysis of data to identify areas of concern within existing offshore process. Develop and execute strategies for improving areas of concerns.
• Advocate the need for business process definition, analysis, documentation and continuous improvement.
