Job Description :

• Candidate should perform literature survey
• Should collect and curate biological data
• Responsible for Bioinformatics analysis of data
• Will be responsible for Database curation and management

1. Eligiblity : B-Tec/ M-Tech/ M.Sc Bioinformatics/ Life Science
2. Experience Required : 0-2 years

Desirable skills:

• Candidate should posses a complete knowledge of the most commonly used bioinformatics databases and tools
• Good knowledge in application of various programming languages such as Perl, Perl-CGI, Java, MySQL, PHP and related technologies for Bioinformatics. Experience in Linux environment is an advantage
• A very sound basic knowledge of biology is necessary.
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in reading and writing English
• Ability to work in teams
• Have independent and innovative thinking, enthusiasm at work and an open mindedness for learning.
