1. Accountable for overall management of GPoM’s and Sr. GPoM’s. Identify individual training needs to foster high levels of performance, support career development through quality development plans and proactively manage performance issues. Establish annual objectives according to priorities and individual development needs.
2. Accountable for the hiring, on-boarding, training and mentoring of new staff.
3. Coordinate with FHO’s/ GPTD’s to ensure efficient and transparent allocation of resources to assignment of activities in support of programs/ brands. Identify opportunities for resource deployment across areas, matching associate development goals with resource needs.
4. Develop GPoM’s/ Sr. GPoM’s headcount forecasts to support programs/ brands.
5. Input to process standards and tools to achieve excellence in project information and management. Identify process improvements and best practices. In collaboration with the GPTD’s and key stakeholders, drive implementation globally in a manner that creates consistency, efficiency and with a high level of compliance within and across Franchises.
6. Serve as knowledge source on processes related to planning and tracking activities of programs/ brands and coordinate knowledge sharing.
7. Perform skill-gap analysis and provide input/develop specific training programs in collaboration with training department to improve the capabilities of the staff.
8. Author/reviewer for SOPs/ process guidance for projects/ programs using SUCCEED and other program operation reporting tools (Not sure).
9. Participate in or lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
