Job Description

To audit clinical phase
To perform in process and retrospective audit in clinical department.
To perform system and process audit in clinical
To maintain the Audit Schedule Index whenever the audit has been performed.
To report the audit finding in written to the concerned person.
To provide SOP training to other staffs as and when required.
To Review & Check by the document related to study.
During Process screening and study activity inspection.
Retrospective audit of Study documents.
Any other Administrative/ System related activities as assigned by the QA Head.
To audit and inspect clinical phase and statistical phase.
To issue the forms and logbooks to the concerned department when required and to maintain the accountability in the absence of the concerned person.
To prepare and maintain the audit schedule index.
To ensure the Instruments/equipment calibration, validation, maintenance status.
