Job Summary:

Pharm-Olam International are actively seeking an experienced Data Management professional to join our global DM team based in Bangalore. The successful candidate will have strong EDC Data systems experience and project management experience. Previous experience in line managing would be advantageous.

Summary:
The job holder is accountable for the quality of work performed by themselves and their line reports.
Responsible for ensuring the completion of multiple Data Management projects according to sponsor and contract requirements and in accordance with applicable standard operating procedures.
May act as a study lead or Data Project Manager, but will be expected to work in a hands on role within a project team(s).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing, leading, mentoring and achieving highest utilization of assigned staff.  Utilization rate should be achieved at the rate agreed with the department head.
  • Provide, initiate or coordinate training necessary for the staff to be efficient and productive to complete project assignments within the time agreed with the DPMs.
  • Review and assess project metrics accomplished by the staff to achieve highest quality (limited to no re-work) and productivity (tasks completed within the budgeted hours
  •  Responsible for all data deliveries for assigned projects and line reports within time and budget with highest priority applied to data quality.
  • May oversee development and maintenance of all project related Data Management documentation & databases at Pharm-Olam, including but not limited to, Data Management Plan, Data Review Plan(DRP), Data Quality Checks (DQC) Specification, , database test and acceptance proofs, database lock and signoff forms, and archival of Data Management deliverables and documentation.
