As a Project Manager the candidate is responsible for risk, revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction and growth of the account. Deployment: Monitors the project closely throughout the engagement with the customer and keeps a close contact with customer. Resource Management: As a leader of people and teams, the Project Manager Manages the teams expectations and their growth within the organization Act as primary point of contact between the client and Synowledge and works closely with onsite engagement Manager Manage daytoday client interaction. Strong project management skills with a keen desire for continual improvement Meet and exceed Revenue target for the portfolio of accounts as set the Management. Track and report project metrics to the client and senior management Create, execute, review and revise project plans, as required Prepare for regular and adhoc project review meetings Ensure proper project execution and minimizes risk on project Facilitate Synowledge and client meetings effectively All other responsibilities as assigned Experience in Pharmacovigilance process.
