Job Functions/Responsibilities

• Serve as a Site Service Specialist 
• Provide technical support via phone, e-mail and fax to Investigator Sites, CRA and Sponsors on questions or issues pertaining to protocol requirements including collection instructions, shipping, supplies and testing in call center environment.
