Job Responsibilities:

• Delivering quality by ensuring accuracy, continuous improvement and adherence to SOPs and quality logs
• Understanding the process flow of the copy approval and guiding requesters oblige to the standards
• Creating and updating periodic reports
• Generating insights by acquiring the domain knowledge

• Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to grasp requirement and deliver as per understanding

• Previous exposure to transactional work involving any system (preferable)
