Essential Function
The Audit & Invoicing QA Analyst will have overall responsibility for insuring the accuracy and integrity of invoicing and supporting audit requirements for a large alliance partnership. This role will direct the quality and uniformity for a large volume of monthly invoices to insure that they are delivered to the client to their mandated specifications and will field and respond by coordinating with other finance entities responsible for billing to pull the required detail and to send requests for additional detail to the operations and finance teams assigned to those projects. In addition, the QA Analyst will also be responsible for providing a high volume of detail required by the client to support their internal audit requirements. In addition, the QA Analyst will be an integral part of the finance team by insuring that all required processes are followed and that all queries from the client are responded to on a timely and professional basis. This person will need to be a strong team player and be able to communicate within various levels of internal and external functions, including clients, and be extremely detail oriented and able to handle a high volume of transactions.
