The company also has leading positions within haemophilia care, growth hormone therapy and hormone replacement therapy. Presently for their Bangalore centre looking for Associate Business Analyst. The right person should ideally be aMasters in Finance from the Pharmaceutical industry with good IT skills; fluency in communication – both written and verbal; strong analytical skills with knowledge about data validation, presentation and interpretation alongwith being thorough, detailed and responsible when working in teams.

 

Experience:

1.      Looking for a person with minimum 3-4 yrs experience within a financial reporting function

2.      Long distance and task transfer experience

3.      Strong knowledge and ability to program in VBA and MS Access are must (minimum 2+ years of experience is a must)

4.      Ability to create crisp reports, dashboards, database models and familiar with database environment

5.      Strong knowledge of SAP BW/BI or other ERP experience and SQL for creating reports a plus

6.      Must possess excellent problem solving skills, contribute towards for continuous improvement of the process and enjoy working in a team environment

7.      Demonstrated service minded communication approach

8.      Must have excellent oral and written communication
