Job Description:

• Analytical method development for new drug molecules (Purity, Assay and residual solvents) by GC-FID, HPLC, LCMS, AAS, ICP-OES

• Excellent knowledge in method development of Chiral molecules by HPLC

• Coordinating with the project management team for the review of project costing and the analytical requirement

• Coordinating with production department for the analytical requirements

• Preparation of specification and method of analysis for new molecules, in- process, Intermediates and finished analysis

• Impurity profiling of active pharmaceutical ingredients
   

• Proficient in high performance liquid chromatography, gas chromatography and mass spectroscopy.

• Identification of impurities by mass spectroscopy

• Attending teleconference with clients and review of analytical documents

• Method transfer for new molecules to various units

• Experience in handling various audit and Calibration of Instruments

• Preparation of Certificate of Analysis

• Monthly planning and managing the solvents and chemical consumption
