Job Description:
For Data Analyst & Team Leader : (PSUR)
• Prepare PSUR reports as per client’s SOPs and WIs.
• Ensure delivery of quality PSUR report documents that objectively and accurately represent the regulatory data for the client.
• Ensure PSUR writing activities are performed according to estimated timelines.
• Peer review/QC of PSURs drafted by peer PSUR writer.

And For, Process Trainer: (CDM)
• Deliver training on the floor - effectiveness measured through Trainer Feedback Score (from Trainees)
• Ensure associates are assigned to process training refreshers based on QA data on associate’s performance
• Facilitate Process Training Refresher modules effectively measured through Trainer Feedback Score
• Ensure completion of all compliance courses for all associates tagged to the project within timelines

Candidate Profile
For Data Analyst & Team Leader : 2-6 years
(PSUR), B.Pharm / M.Pharm /
BHMS / BDS

Process Trainer: 2-4 years, Graduate in Science / Life Sciences / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / BHMS / BAMS
(CDM)
