Job Description

Role: Manager – Strategic Initiatives 

Strategic Initiatives: This role involves working with the senior management team to drive some critical strategic initiatives to enable the company engage with senior leadership in client organizations, to strike larger deals and also improve the long term competitiveness and differentiation in the market. 

The role of Manager – Strategic Initiatives will involve supporting this strategic initiative by:

•Drive market strategies and partnerships with stakeholders at all levels to assess, initiate, prioritize, refine and drive appropriate solutions
•Generate ideas and build detailed transformational pitches and presentations for plans 
•Brainstorming with senior leadership across the company, analysis of different Pharmaceutical company’s strategic priorities, learning for current transformational ideas being driven in the industry and first principal thinking
•Supporting large pitches in Emerging Markets around virtual sales and Multi-Channel Marketing. 
•Supporting the writing of publications and papers based on our experience and research
•Analysing scalable verticals/services like creative production, pack management, Medical and Regulatory Affairs and working with the vertical heads to drive initiatives around building technology, tools and new workflows for productivity and market differentiation
•Collaborating with Business Unit heads in the company to develop strategic presentations for senior level pitches for various opportunities .
