JRF at NIT Jalandhar
Applications are invited for the post of JRF in DST funded research project (CS-361/2011) under fast track scheme for young scientists entitled as “Application of Building Blocks from Morita-Baylis-Hillman chemistry for the synthesis of Privileged Scaffolds”. The date of walk-in-interview is 24th June 2014 (Tuesday) 2:00 pm onward.The details of project are as under:

Duration Three Year
Qualification M.Sc. in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry/M. Pharm in medicinal Chemistry with minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST candidate). Also candidates appearing in final semester of M. Sc or M. Pharm. may apply and appear for the interview.
(Student having industrial experience or *NET/GATE/GPAT qualified /and will be preferred)
Fellowship *Rs.- 16,000/PM + 20% HRA for first two years for NET/GATE/GPAT qualified and Rs.- 14,000/PM + 20% HRA for Non-NET/GATE/GPAT
*Rs.- 18,000/PM + 20% HRA for third years for NET/GATE/GPAT qualified and Rs.- 16,000/PM + 20% HRA for Non-NET/GATE/GPAT
