Job Description : Essential Function: The Manager's essential function is to drive projects, with regard to timelines, quality and resources. General responsibilities include supervision and management of staff; with special attention to training and skill set development. The manager is responsible for the execution and production of quality results for individual projects, ensuring adherence to regulatory and PAREXEL procedures and processes, identifying areas of improvement. Ensure proactive planning takes place and provide issue resolution for the team.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree ' Bachelor's degree in a scientific/medical/mathematical subject advantageous ' Higher degree advantageous Language Skills Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
Minimum Work Experience ' At least 4 years' experience as a biostatistician or bio statistical programmer in the pharmaceutical industry / CRO ' 3+ years Managerial experience is required
