Experience Preferable   ,0-1 years of experience in patient counseling  Job Profile They have to counsell diabetic patients. male and females only graduates who knows Hindi,English,Telugu apart from there regional languages.(to explain better in there local patients) read,write .  Will call patients who have agreed to enroll in MSD SPARSH Patient Support Program Describe the program to the patients, Take informed Consent and voice log, Enter patient details in the system, and Profile the patient by administering questionnaire on telephone. Should have ability to develop good relationship with patients. Carry out customized patient counseling. Provide expert advice on Life style modification and diet. Data entry of patient counseling details Reporting of patient drop-out and set up exit interviews for the dropped out patient. Conducting exit interviews of those patients who have dropped out. Competencies Communication skills written & verbal, Energy & Enthusiasm, Objection handling, Interpersonal skills, Counseling skills.
