Research scientist @ Minds Foundation B6

Job Description :

• Managing the data components of all MINDS programmes at the Vadodara, Gujarat site
• Ensure quality in data entry and collection and adherence to standard procedures
• Work with programme participants to effectively collect data
• Collect and conduct data analysis
• Develop periodic reports to communicate with MINDS Foundation Global Team
• Developing protocols, tools and procedures for data collection and management (in collaboration with the rest of the Research Team)
• Manage documentation of collected data and ensuring data quality monitoring
• Supervising and training data management and research teams under the guidance of research director/ principal investigators of the project/s
• Assist with IRB proposals and process

Added Skills Required :

•  Ability to work in a collaborative environment with entire team and follow standard protocols
• Strong emphasis on organizational skills as well as an ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, internet (Skype, e-mail), and general computing skills
• Maturity and diplomacy when dealing with internal & external groups
• Effective oral, written communication skills with ability to produce high quality structured written work
• Excellent Gujarati, Hindi, and English language skills
• Most importantly, you must be willing to learn, hardworking, and have a strong passion for The MINDS Foundation’s mission and programmes

Eligiblity : B.sc/ B.tech in Biostatistics/ Biotechnology/ Life sceince
Experience Required : 1-2 years
