1. To give the area and line clearance at different stages of manufacturing, packaging by verifying the check points.
2. Check dispensing of raw material and their record.
3. Sampling WIP at different Stages of manufacturing.
4. Log Book check & give Line Clearance for dispensing, manufacturing and packing area.
5. In process checking of all the required parameters at various stages.
6. Active Calculation & Batch Reconciliation on various stages.
7. Revision of Batch Manufacturing record and other related documents for its completion of various intermediate and final stages.
8. To check the cleaning of Area and inspection of record.
9. Check daily calibration record filling.
10. Maintain Control sample, Temperature and RH Records
