Brief Job Description:

• Doing Sourcing, Pre Sourcing, Name Identification.
• Lead generation for search assignments for Executive Search client through secondary research(primary sometimes) for Financial Services sector
• Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
• Active participation & contribution in discussions on project specific areas

Skills/Competencies: 

• Experience in doing name generation and talent mapping projects for executive search industry,
• Working on database tools like- Factiva, OneSource, and other secondary data resources
• Project management ability to constantly maintain the quality levels across all projects, ability to do multi-tasking
• Ability to understand the dynamics of Financial Service Sector
• Client management establish client relationship with continued support and building the account
• Ability to analyze and synthesize the available data and bring out value-added insights to the client
• Ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely manner
• Excellent communication skills, and Good interpersonal skills
• Works effectively in a group and collaborates with the team effectively.
• Possess strong sense of accountability and responsibility towards work.

Technical Expertise: 

• Good knowledge of conducting online research (Finding information for Internet).
• Advanced level knowledge of MS Office (Word, PPT & Excel).

Service Agreement: 2 years
