Program and Project Management (pmo) @ Dr. Reddy's B6

Job Description :

Education Qualification & Experience

- Graduate/Post Graduate in Life Science, Engineering, or Pharmacy.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Project Management, Pharmacy experience (small molecule or biopharma) is highly preferred.
- Exposure to project financial management is a plus.
- Must demonstrate previous experience with cross-functional project-planning and leadership skills.
- Experience in functional areas of drug development such as Product Development, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing/Operations, Commercial, Clinical and Regulatory is preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Office suite and MS Project software tool.
- Experience with presenting and working with different levels of management.
- Project Management Certification (PMI) is not required but is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:
- Provide Project Management support to technical Project Leads (PL) in planning, executing and managing medium to large projects.
- Ensure clear communications to project team members, Project Lead, sponsor and stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate effective project meetings, work with PL and Project team in documenting and driving agenda. Identify and document action items; follow-up/track action items to closure .
- Key integrator of projects in the relevant space using project management principles and processes.
- Document project scope, deliverables clearly in charter format, develop project plans with key milestones.
- Coordinates project execution, tracks and reports on progress to project team, stakeholders and management.
- Facilitate discussions with project team to identify and assess risks/issues, brainstorm and document risk mitigation plans and track them till the closure, ensure timely escalation as needed.
- Work with Project Lead to present regular project updates to Project Review forum and senior management to help make effective decisions.
- Liaise with various internal departments such as product development, Operations, Clinical, Commercial, SCM and Regulatory for timely delivery.
Functional:
- Perform assigned Project Management Office assignments.
- Ensure adherence to Project Management systems.
- Pro-actively suggest areas for continuous improvement to existing processes, develop new processes as needed.
