Job Description	Job Description: - Team requires to do a thorough prepayment review of the medical record documentation, of suspect fraudulent or abusive claims and make a clinical decision as to whether support or deny the claim submitted by the Provider. Training will be provided on U.S. Health Insurance and Current Procedural Terminology (CPT - overview only) to assist in the decision making. - As part of the team, candidate will be required to review medical Records and claim details for decisioning on Payment Accuracy
