For more information you can visit our website www.xlhealth.com Designation Xlhealth a Unitedhealth Group Is Hiring Clinical Data Processing Exe. - 10 Opening(s) Job Description Responsibilities for this position are :  -Review and proofread files with extracts from handwritten medical records for spelling, grammar, clarity, consistency, and proper medical terminology. -To ensure the notes is error free, grammatically correct, and makes proper sense (wrt context).  - Enter notifications, Providers status of an existing notification and determining if notification is required. - Complete notification wizard along with ICD-9 and CPT coding - Provide excellent customer service to both providers and enrollees - Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards while maintaining good attendance. - Assist with faxes and emails should have a bachelor's or master's degree in life science. 2+ years of experience in medical transcriptionist, having worked on at least 3 different work types. Proofer/Editor Experience is an added advantage. Good command over written English and understanding of Basic English grammar. Logical reasoning abilities should be able to identify and correct errors in written notes. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, clinical medicine, surgery, diagnostic tests, radiology, pathology, pharmacology would be an advantage. Should have understanding of American health care and the American life and culture Basic computer skills (word, excel).
