GABD Provides leadership to brand team on all aspects of development and execution (from Phase III through launch) of marketing strategy for assigned brand(s). Works in collaboration with GPT, GCoT and CPOs to maximize brand value across all customer groups. Provides effective people management/leadership. RBD Responsible for the development and implementation of brand strategy, marketing mix and operational plans that optimize sales, market share and revenue growth for a brand or set of brands in the short and long term in the Region. Provides effective people management/leadership.
• Leads the design of market research studies using primary/secondary data and competitive intelligence.
• Drives new insights through integration of data from all customer groups.
• Designs war gaming/simulation scenarios to identify trends, opportunities and threats (worldwide and in key local markets) for product group and proposes corresponding measures.
• Leads development of brand strategy across all customer groups. Ensures alignment of development, regulatory and Market Access.
• Develops sales forecasts scenarios and sensitivity analyses across a portfolio or brand(s).
• Leads brand communication and the C4ALIGN process. Drives product messaging and communication strategies across customer groups.
• Provides timely input to product development, including formulation and packaging.
• Develops pricing options based on market trends and payor insights.
• Creates and leads execution of key opinion leader development program.
• Contributes to stakeholder mapping.
• Leads the development of full-scale communication plans across the product life cycle.
• Provides strategic direction to multiple agencies.
• Leads the development and launch of new campaigns that appropriately target customer groups including payors.
• Provides leadership to design and delivery of marketing mix, balancing ROI with brand KPIs.
• Leads marketing related pilots and shares best practices across the organization.
• Manages associates (as assigned) to ensure effective performance, as well as talent development.
Minimum requirements
University degree in Science and/or degree in Business Marketing or Clinical Research. English fluent, additional language a plus. 6+ years operational marketing experience with focus on extensive product/brand management including customer facing/sales experienceCLICK HERE TO VIEW/APPLY
