Responsible for medical record information requests as well as maintenance and filing of patient medical records Other responsibilities may include assistance with front office duties as determined by the supervisor.Collection of Discharge Records.
Assembling of Records.
Coding of Diseases and Operations.

Discharge Analysis.
Data Entry Operations.
Records filling/retrieval.
Reimbursement Claim Process.
