1. Must follow the Ethics and Value of the Organization, 2. Must know the basics of Medicine like History taking/Clinical examination/Case sheet writing etc,  3. Able to manage Acute Emergencies like AMI/Acute LVF/Acute severe Asthma/Poisoning etc,  4. Capable of doing Ward round and OPDs,  5. Must know the routine ward procedures – Catheterization/Pleural tapping/Ascitic tapping/Lumbar puncture etc.  6. Preferably know the ICU procedures – Central line insertion/Intubation/Temp.pacing/basics of ventilators,  7.
