Job Description:
1. The Incumbent as a member of the Quality Assurance Team is mainly responsible conducting In process quality checks and implementation and execution of allocated QA related systems and processes in accordance with the relevant SOPs.

2. To execute IQ, OQ, DQ and documentation and record thereof.

3. To investigate market complaints. Customer complaints and preparing reports.

4. To prepare master MFR, MBR and product manuals

To prepare SOPs, reviews for biannual review and Training outlines

6. To review and verify MFR & MBRs

7. To prepare a trending and and analysis for finished products.

8. To compile data for annual product review

Education/Qualifications
B. Pharm / M. Pharm

Work Experience

1. A person with 1-2 years of experience in similar industry.
2. Good knowledge of IPQA

Skills & Competencies
1. Good communication skills – written and verbal.
2. Strong business acumen and functional knowledge
3. Integrity
