Position Description

Job Responsibilities:

- As part of the seeding team, the individual should be comfortable working  across cross-functional teams, in building POCs / Pilots and reusable modules for the use of rest of the organization
- To participate along with his/ her manager in building CBA and business cases for new initiatives for cross functional initiatives across the organization 
- Work closely with his/ her manager and internal/external clients to understand the business problem and contribute towards approach design.

Requirements

Desired Profile:

- 2-4 years of experience in executing advanced analytical projects as individual contributor and/ or as a team member
- Advanced degree (MS or BTech) in a quantitative field (ie. Math, Statistics, Engineering, Economics etc.) from Top-tier institute
- Experience in the area of contributing to Analysis by building Logistic Regression Models / Segmentation Skills.
- Should have a minimum of 2+ yrs. of working knowledge in SAS (Data preparation, Model design & report-outs) and exposure to VBA, Access, SQL, R (Theoretical + Practical) is an added advantage.
