Use your Sharp Analytical Skill to help us conduct and manage outcomes of various studies which include reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning! Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. Also develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.

This role demands advanced level knowledge in US health care domain. The candidate should have supported large health care data warehouse applications and should have hands on experience of data profiling using SQL queries. An excellent communication and client facing skills are desired.

Qualification :

Minimum of 8 years in supporting requirement gathering of large DWH

Hands on experience of writing crisp and clear functional and requirement documents

Hands-on experience on writing SQLs in multiple database environments

Hands-on experience on navigation of Unix file system and profiling large data files

Hands on experience on data profiling

Healthcare domain knowledge is a must

Estimation skills (SOW Level as well as detailed estimate). Should have ability to work with technical teams

Strong communication and presentation skills

Excellent analytical, problem solving and data analysis abilities

Ability to Work collaboratively in global project with a positive team spirit and ensure team work & coordination.

Should be flexible with the working hours as he/she needs to closely work with the US counterparts

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Research complex functional issues logged by business teams

Gather and prepare analysis based on information from internal and external sources to evaluate and demonstrate program effectiveness and efficiency.

Act as Liaison between business and technical teams and should be able to guide technical teams

Write business requirement documents, mapping documents and functional specifications

Review test cases created by QA team and help them to provide full coverage to the test scenarios

Create a detailed impact analysis document and explain technical teams scope of work

Status reporting for the projects

Recommendations for new data warehouse mart design as well as improvements in current data warehouse

Act as a mentor for junior team members

Create high quality requirements and process documents.
