Job Description • Study support and education/ training for site and department staff including protocol, patient recruitment, and patient-retention requirement • Referring Physician identification and communications • Patient identification e.g. Review patient chart • Facilitate follow up and communication between referring physician and site personnel and patients. • Visit enrolling sites to ensure staff keeps the clinical trial top of mind and to check that all materials are up to date. • Coordinate activity with CRAs • Develop individual site recruitment plan as and when needed • Perform site and referral channel feasibility.
