Dialysis Technician-    i) 10+2 or equivalent with Science from recognized Board/ Institution   ii) Diploma in Dialysis Technician from recognized Institution   iii) Five  years experience in relevant field in Govt./reputed recognized hospital   2. Laboratory Technician – i) 10+2 with Science from recognized Board/Institution ii)  Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology iii) Four years Experience as Laboratory Technician in a Govt. Hospital/ reputed recognized institution. iv) Preference will be given to BSc. in Medical Laboratory Technology from recognized College/University     3. Pharmacist i) B. Pharmacy from a recognized College/University ii) Candidates having qualification M. Pharmacy will be preferred iii) Five years experience in relevant field in Govt. hospital/Recognized College. 4. Radiographer i) 10+2 with Science from recognized Board ii) Diploma in Radiography from a recognized Board/Institution iii) Candidates having qualification BSc. (Radiology) will be preferred iii) Five years experience in relevant field in a Govt. Hospital/  recognized institution. iv) Desirable: CT Scan/Mammography 5. Warden i) Graduate 2nd class in any stream from a recognized University ii) Two years experience of working in a hostel of recognized College/University 6. Store Keeper i) Graduate 2nd class in any stream from a recognized University ii) Seven years experience in a relevant field  in a  University 7.. Laundry Supervisor i) Graduate in any stream from a recognized University ii) Minimum five years experience in a laundry equipped with well  versed Drying System.   8. Dispenser  (i) Diploma in Pharmacy from recognized Institution.  (ii) Four years experience in relevant field in Govt. Hospital/Recognized Institution.   9. Animal Attendant  (i) Matric from recognized Institution/Board  (ii) Three years experience in relevant field in Govt. Hospital.   10. Laboratory Attendant-     i) Matric with Science from recognized Board/Institution.    ii) Four years year experience in relevant field in Govt./reputed recognized  Hospital   iii) Preference will be given to Diploma in Medical lab Technology from recognized Institute/Board   11. Dark Room Assistant i) Matric with Science from recognized Board/Institution ii) Two years Diploma in X-Ray Technology from recognized Board/Institutions. ii) Four year experience in relevant field in a Govt. Hospital/ reputed recognized institution.   12. Cardiac Cath Lab Technician: BSc (Medical) from a recognized institution/University with four years experience in relevant field OR BSc (Cath Lab Technology) from a recognized institution/University with One year experience in relevant field   General terms and conditions:   1.            The applicant must enclose demand draft of Non-refundable in favour of The Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot payable at Faridkot as under:            i) For Sr.No. 1 to 12  Rs. 500/- (Rs. 250/- for SC/ST)   2.            The University has right to increase or decrease the number of posts at any stage without citing any reason or not to fill any or all the posts.   3.   The applicants applying for the post should not be above 38 years of age on the last date of receipt of application form. Relaxation in upper  age limit as per Punjab Govt. rules.  Age Relaxation  As per orders of Hon’ble Punjab & Haryana High Court in CWP No. 1565 of 2013 (O & M) the existing staff , teaching and/or Non teaching, if otherwise eligible to compete in regular selection will be granted age relaxation by the University to enable them to compete for such regular selection/appointment.   4        The Application on prescribed proforma must accompany self attested copies of certificates for proof of date of birth, marks sheet, degree, experience etc.   5.   Last date and time of receipt of application form at the office of the  Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Sadiq Road, Faridkot  3.7.2014  upto05.00 PM.   6        The applications received without a valid bank draft or without legible copies of documents or apparently containing incomplete information and those received after prescribed date & time will be summarily rejected.   7        Applicant must possess the requisite qualification by the last date of receipt of application.   8        Candidates already in service must route their application Through Proper Channel.   9        Separate application/proforma may be used for each post.     10    The candidate applying for the post(s) at Sr.No. 1 to 11 must have passed Punjabi Examination or its equivalent upto Matric level.   11    Preference will be given to the candidates serving in the Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot on Adhoc basis/ Contract basis.   12    The candidates who are working against the post of Dialysis Technician, Laboratory Technician and Radiographer in Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot  forthe last three years  and possess 10+2 in any stream can also apply for the post(s) atSr.No. 1, 2 & 4. This relaxation is one time relaxation.   13    No weightage /preference will be given to the candidates possessing any type of private experience. Weightage will be given to the experienced person  working in University/Govt. Medical Institutions.
