Quality Assurance Officer : In Process Quality Assurance - Injectables / Parenterals

1. Shall be responsible for performing in-process checks in manufacturing and packing area for Injectables manufacturing & review of process documents stage-wise and facilitate timely release of batches at various stages.

2. Review and assessment of deviations ,incidences and change controls

3. Exposure of Batch manufacturing and packing records review and stage wise release.

4. Exposure of market complaint and batch failure investigations.

5. Exposure on annual product review preparation and compilation.

QA Officer : Validation / QMS - Injectables / Parenterals / Tablet & Capsule

1. Review of filled batch process records

2. Preparation of Process validation (Protocol & report preparation, Data compilation & evaluation)

3. Cleaning validation (limits calculation, Sampling, Protocol & report preparation)

4. To monitor and support the validation activity in plant.

5. To support and provide the documents to regulatory affairs department timely.
