POST - Apprentice
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct of single-dose and multiple-dose pharmacokinetic studies in mice, rats and hamsters
- Dosing by various routes viz i.v., p.o., s.c.J.p. etc and collection of blood samples at designated time points
- Conduct of cannulations and use of surgical techniques to study clearance mechanisms
- Conduct of tissue distribution studies
- Analysis of PK data using WinNonlin and documentation of data, report writing and inventory maintenance
- Sample processing for analysis of samples
