Job Title: Research Associate - Molecular biology and Biochemistry, GROW research Laboratory
Job Description:

• Work will include routine molecular biology and biochemistry techniques such as DNA/RNA extraction, PCR/QPCR, cloning, western analysis, IP etc.
• The candidate will need to perform IHC (immunohistochemistry) on FFPE blocks of various kinds of patient tissues.
• Cell culture techniques will be the most regular research tool to be utilized.
• The candidate will require to learn proper patient sample collection and basic genetic information collection.
• Further training will be provided for niche techniques such as FACS analysis, gene therapy vector generation, primary cell culture and gene manipulation in culture.

1. Qualification: M.Sc. Biochemistry/ Molecular Biology/ Genetics/ Life Science
2. Experience: 0-2 years

Desired Skills:

• Experience of working in laboratory is required.
• Research experience in molecular biology, genetics, biochemistry, cell culture, viral vectors, etc will be given preference.
• Candidate must have good record keeping habits and proficiency in English and basic Microsoft Office.
