Job Description

• Daily Planning and Execution of FP/FTE Synthesis projects compounds allocated through TLs/Senior Scientists.
• Develop technical expertise and leadership in their field and continuously updating the same.
• Develop the project management skills and keep upgraded on all the different types of chemistry and lab techniques for smoother delivery of the target compounds.
• Independently managing the reactions and respond through the Analysis Interpretation.
• Develop sound knowledge of diverse Synthesis techniques and Literature search
• Regular feedback to TLs through e-mail/ project metrics on project progress for client meeting.
• 
  
• Regular receives feedback through standard process (like project review meet, Mid-year performance review and Annual performance review, career mentor) to upgrades the capability.
• Maintaining GLP in their specific lab and ensure safety practices.
• Maintain productivity on the daily responsibility allocated.
• Ensuring the completion of project within agreed timelines, cost, specs with better client feedback on delivery.

1. Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc Biochemistry / Life Science
2. Experience : 1-4 years
